Welcome

Hi everyone! Welcome to my new blog. I'm a bit nervous because I haven't really done something like this since I had my first AOL account back in 1997. I feel so old even referencing that, but hey, I guess that lets you know I've been around the block a few times and have stories to tell.

First, a bit about myself. My penname is Aeryn Cobb. I've been married for 19 years to a wonderfully supportive husband and have two daughters, 9 and 6. They test my patience. 😉 I've lived in Washington State for the bulk of my life. I thoroughly enjoy karaoke, dancing and reading a good clean romance novel. I definitely get my monies-worth out of my Kindle Unlimited and Audible subscriptions.

I've been a writer of sorts since I was 14, but it wasn't until early 2024 that my passion for writing novels was ignited. I realized I have stories I'd like to share with anyone willing to read them. Writing has been therapeutic on many levels, and it's a special thing that I do in my free time.

My first e-novel is going to be published on Amazon on 10/1, "The Spoiled Maiden". It's a modern-day retelling of members in Jacob's family found in the Bible book of Genesis. I have a whole series planned and am enjoying getting to know these characters better.
